Refund policy

my.skinkraft.com believes in helping its customers as much as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation and refund policy.

Please write to us at support@my.skinkraft.com requesting a cancellation. We process the request within 24-48 hours

Cancellations after Shipping: For cancellation requests that come in after the products have been shipped, a 'Shipping & Handling' Fee of $12 will be adjusted against the refundable amount.

Refund Policy (No Questions Asked Money Back Guarantee):

For new users: After 30 days of using the products as directed, if you’re unhappy with the results, mail us at support@my.skinkraft.com to claim your money back. We'll wire 100% of the money back to you - NO QUESTIONS ASKED. We do this in 100% of the cases. No refund will be done before 30 days from the date of the order.

If you have purchased SkinKraft more than once, we assume that you are satisfied with the products, and the “No Questions Asked Money Back Guarantee” will not be applicable anymore. These cases will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of receiving the returned products.

Replacement:

If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at support@my.skinkraft.com. We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost.
